Shooting Victims Inadvertently Stream Video of Attack on Facebook Live

Screen Shot 2016-07-13 at 11.38.04 AMThree men in Virginia are in critical condition after they came under attack inside their vehicle Tuesday night, an attack which they inadvertently broadcast on Facebook.

T.J. Williams launched the videocast at around 6 p.m. last night while he and two others hung out together in a car in Norfolk. After approximately five minutes of smoking and singing, the phone fell to the floor as about thirty gunshots sounded off around the car.

The phone kept on recording audio for over an hour, picking up panicked voices as the men in the car rushed to call 911 while an apparent family member tried to comfort the victims. Paramedics eventually arrived, and took the men to a hospital with what were described as “significant injuries.”

WTKR reported that two of the men are showing signs of recovery, while the third’s condition is still critical. Police haven’t released the names of the victims or information about potential suspects yet, but video reports show that William’s car was riddled with bullets.

Watch WTKR’s report in the video above, and you can watch the complete video of the shooting below, via T.J. William’s Facebook page.
