Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders will hold a briefing today to discuss the White House’s latest plans and administrative agenda. The briefing is scheduled to begin at 1:45 p.m. EST.
There’s a strong probability that today’s briefing will involve questions about Trump’s feud with Bob Corker. Trump tweeted out a new slam against the outgoing Republican senator today, which comes amidst the back and forth about whether the president is incompetent and causing global instability.
On a semi-related note, Sanders might also faced questions about Trump’s recent interview where he informally challenged to Rex Tillerson to an IQ test in order to squash the rumors that the secretary of state once called the president a “moron.”
It is also possible that the White House will be asked about the latest developments in Harvey Weinstein‘s downfall. The noted Hollywood producer was already facing numerous sexual harassment allegations, but today, a new report came out with three women accusing him of rape. Various GOP figures have condemned Democrats for their silence on Weinstein while also dismissing any comparisons to Trump’s history of sexual controversies.
