An Ohio woman was driving down the street when her car fell into a sinkhole ten feet deep. She was stuck down there for a few minutes before local firefighters arrived on a scene with a ladder to get her out.
According to Ohio newspaper The Blade, the sinkhole was reportedly caused by “a collapse of combined sanitary and storm sewers,” and roads in the surrounding area were closed off.
The woman stuck in the sinkhole was provided a ladder by firefighters and was able to walk out on her own. The car was recovered after a few hours, and it will reportedly take a few days for the street to get fixed.
