Piers Morgan is on the attack against Naomi Osaka again. Months after blasting the Japanese-born tennis star for citing the media’s contributions to her mental health concerns, the former Good Morning Britain host couldn’t resist lashing out at Osaka’s Met Gala attire.

“Speaking of frauds, tennis star Naomi Osaka has spent most of the year whining, crying, throwing racket-breaking tantrums on court, and blaming the media for her poor form and mental health issues,” Morgan wrote in his column for The Daily Mail.

“Yet last night she rocked up, as sulky faced as ever, to parade in front of the world’s media in an outrageous Louis Vuitton outfit that screamed ‘GIVE ME ATTENTION!’”

And that was just Morgan’s filtered opinion of Osaka’s appearance at the Met Gala.

“I’d say what I really think about it,” he wrote. “But the woke brigade would only accuse me of being a sexist racist bully and order me to ‘LEAVE HER ALONE!’ Suffice it to say, the dress would been better suited to a horror-themed Halloween party.”

Morgan continued to interject his fashion expertise by comparing Osaka to teenage tennis star Emma Raducanu, who he believes “wore a fun, glamorous black-and-white Chanel ensemble that was entirely appropriate for a girl of 18.”

Morgan’s disdain for Osaka is a months-old grudge. In July, the controversial British commentator couldn’t fathom how the tennis star needed to withdraw from tournament play because of mental health concerns, but she was still comfortable landing on the cover of Time Magazine.

Earlier this month, Morgan went after Osaka again, blasting her as a “spoiled brat” after she threw an on-court tantrum during the US Open. Her mental health concerns have been well-documented, citing anxiety over media interviews. And in recent months, Osaka broke down in tears in front of the media on more than one occasion.

After withdrawing from the French Open and opting out of Wimbledon, Osaka returned to the court to represent her country at the Tokyo Olympics. Following her recent incident at the US Open, Osaka announced she would be taking another break from tennis.
