Trump Sets the Stage for Election Denial If He Loses, Warning That the Democrats Are ‘Getting Ready to CHEAT!’

Former President and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has been setting the stage to deny the results of the 2024 election if he loses, most recently warning that Democrats will “dilute the TRUE vote of our beautiful military and their families” by flooding the system with fake votes.

In a post on Truth Social on Monday, Trump wrote, “The Democrats are talking about how they’re working so hard to get millions of votes from Americans living overseas. Actually, they are getting ready to CHEAT!”

“They are going to use UOCAVA to get ballots, a program that emails ballots overseas without any citizenship check or verification of identity, whatsoever. (Foreign interference?) Remember they say, we have the ‘most secure elections in history,’ and anyone can get a ballot emailed to them!” he continued. “They want to dilute the TRUE vote of our beautiful military and their families, who Comrade Kamala has totally disrespected and abandoned. Republicans must act to stop them from stealing our military votes. WATCH! Remember, IF YOU VOTE ILLEGALLY, YOU’RE GOING TO JAIL.”

“UOCAVA” refers to the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, which protects the right to vote for members of the armed services, U.S. Merchant Marines, their family members, and U.S. citizens living outside of the country.

Trump famously refused to acknowledge the results of the 2020 presidential election, which he lost to President Joe Biden. His overheated rhetoric about how Democrats had stolen the election from him culminated in the January 6 Capitol riot, which saw protesters storm the Capitol Building on Trump’s behalf.

In July of this year, Trump claimed that “our whole voting system is under siege,” insisting that “the Dems can’t win on their policies, the only way they can win is to CHEAT.”

“All I can say is that if I’m elected President, we will pursue Election Fraudsters at levels never seen before, and they will be sent to prison for long periods of time,” he concluded.
