Dick Cheney’s Bribery Charges Leads To The Most Hysterical On-Air Debate Ever

News broke yesterday that Nigeria plans to file bribery charges against officials from several foreign companies, including most notably, former Vice President Dick Cheney, culminating in an arrest warrant being transmitted via Interpol. This was the topic of discussion today on MSNBC’s The Ed Show , with liberal commentator and former Air America host Lionel and Republican strategist Ron Christie , who went at it at level that is rare for even cable news programming.

Predictably, Mr. Christie suggested that the charges against were politically motivated, though he did take them very seriously. Lionel immediately — and just as predictably — dismissed Mr. Christie’s dismissive comments of the original charges. See where this is going?
