Did Doug Hoffman’s Loss Explode Glenn Beck’s Appendix?

video

Well that was a shock to the eyes, America. Judge Andrew Napolitano is apparently filling in for Glenn Beck today because Beck is suffering from appendicitis, and expected to make a full recovery we are told. Maybe last night’s NY-23 results were too much for Glenn? It must have been a fairly quick last minute replacement, Neil Cavuto seemed unaware when he threw it ‘Glenn.’

UPDATE: Apparently, Beck left his radio show early today because he was not feeling well, and was scheduled to have his appendix removed today.

UPDATE #2: We hear Beck will be out for the rest of the week.

Beck exposed as a loser!!! Next on — well, not Fox. It’s not a news channel.
    Jon Stewart explains:

“For the audience here, let me help you out–because it does get confusing. The three hours you spend in the morning with “Fox & Friends”: not news. Your 4 o’clock to 5 o’clock post-tea and crumpets Neil Cavudo break: not news. The 5 o’clock to 6 o’clock emotional whirlwind and national group therapy s…ession that is Glenn Beck: not even close to news.
O’Reilly, Hannity, van Susteren-en-en-en: not news. This is according to Fox News. Those people–the ones featured in promos about how fair and balanced Fox News is–are not news. These people–otherwise known as the only people you ever think of when you think of Fox News–are not news. They are Fox ‘opinutainment.’”

Your headline is not quite as bad as the onion piece, but did that piece inspire you? I wonder if you get the swine flu, or appendicitis or some other sickness, will your colleagues post a headline that says:

Did Glen Beck’s success cause Glynnis’ (fill in the blank)?

Like Alien, a reptile like creature with Nancy Pelosi’s head burst out of Beck’s abdomen.

Bill — just a clue for you: Jon Stewart isn’t a journalist either! But you seem to be going to him for your “wisdom”. FOX news is no different than any of the cable news networks. They all mix news/journalism with opinion/sensationalism. It’s just that FOX leans right and reports on things that the other networks, which lean left, refuse to cover. Why is that such a horrible and dangerous thing? Aren’t 3 cable news networks, all the broadcast networks, the universities, most of the major newspapers, and our entire school system enough for you? What are you afraid of? Is it just too hard for you to have to break out of your bubble and actually hear what the other side has to say without a liberal filter that alters their argument? If you don’t like FOX news, don’t watch. If your arguments on the issues are so right, so persuasive, then people will come to your side. But don’t expect people to flock to the left merely because people like you and Jon Stewart think you are just SO much smarter than the rest of us rubes. Let’s hear your arguments! Let’s see you debate other people who disagree with you! If the height of your argument is that the other side is a “loser”, expect to see your side losing a whole lot more in the future.

Get Well Soon, Glenn! You need to get back to work before the LibTards over at PMSNBC have a chance to recover from the daily butt kicking you give them. Maybe the Judge can give them a couple of boots while you’re out, especially since they are already bent over waiting for it. lol!

I doubt that. Glenn wasn’t on his radio program this morning either.

It looks like Glynnis and Roland Martin are on the same page:

    Roland tweeted the following:
    ———————————-
Glenn Beck had an appendectomy today. He must have blown a gasket after Hoffman lost the NY-23. Keep crying, Glenn! http://bit.ly/2EDHU
    ————————————

Glynnis must be so proud that she and Roland think the same way.

    How nice.

Beck is probably hiding since that’s what all big mouthed bullies do when they have been on the losing end of a fight. The lost Republican seat in NY-23 should teach any future “conservative” political candidates to not look to this fake as their “mentor!”

Unless they want to skyrocket their candidacy in three weeks. But by your logic, does that mean the Democrats shouldn’t look to Obama as their “mentor?” You know… since they lost big races in VA and NJ… where Obama helped them campaign for months?

  • carolb57 carolb57 says:

I don’t think the Democrats were looking to Obama as their “mentor” but rather as someone to campaign for them. But Bush’s economic legacy is so grievous that it is going to take more than 9 months to fix it and the Republican con men and women have unfortunately convinced voters that this is supposed to magically take place over night even though it took 8 YEARS for the mess to develop under Bush and Cheney!

Yeah… and how’d THAT work out?

But Bush’s economic legacy is so grievous that it is going to take more than 9 months to fix it…

Uh-huh… so that’s why nothing really positive has happened with the economy. So… what about all those other Obama promises that haven’t yet happened? What about making a decision on Afghanistan? What about that Obamacare deadline that came and went… and went… and went… and is still going? What exactly has Obama done in these past few months? Anything?

I know, I know… Obama is great, because he speaks well… and accomplishments are overrated. Bush and Cheney are responsible for all the worlds’ ills, and will be forever and ever. You know, at some point, you’re going to have to accept that you can’t blame them for everything… sadly for you, though, when that time comes, it will be way past reality.

The Seven Best (Or, Somewhat Memorable) Moments Of The Jay Leno Show

    video

After 95 episodes, the epic failure known as The Jay Leno Show airs its final episode tonight. Of course, Leno himself will be back after the Olympics, comfortably at 11:35pm all over again. Which was pretty much the problem to begin with - the 10pm offering started as a similar product to the Tonight Show, and only became more like the old format as time went on.

Stephen Colbert: ‘Sarah Palin is a F***king Retard’

The usually reliable Keith Olbermann's inability to nail Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin on Limbaugh's use of the term "retard" has been pretty frustrating. Sure, he has posited Palin as a hypocrite, but several times he has repeated Rush's and Palin's dueling assertions that he was "quoting" Rahm Emanuel, or that he was being "satirical," without really challenging it. Luckily, Stephen Colbert actually knows what the word "satire" means, and deployed a pile of it on Palin and Rush last night.
