Vegas Shooters Reportedly Left Manifesto, Claimed Connection to Bundy Ranch

More details are emerging as to the possible motivation of two suspects who shot and killed a pair of Las Vegan police officers Sunday before taking their own lives. After witnesses testified yesterday that the suspects yelled “this is a revolution” before firing, a manifesto was reportedly discovered at the scene, while unconfirmed reports say the two laid a “Don’t Tread on Me” flag over the bodies of one of the officers.

Authorities have not released any details on the manifesto.

According to neighbors, the couple (whose names have not been released) were prone to spouting anti-government, anti-law enforcement, and white supremacist rhetoric, and boasting of their gun collection. One resident of their apartment complex said they had plans for a mass shooting. “They were handing out white-power propaganda and were talking about doing the next Columbine,” the neighbor said.

Neighbors also reported the two had bragged of time spent at the Cliven Bundy ranch, the site of a recent heavily-armed standoff with the Bureau of Land Management. Carol Bundy, Cliven’s wife, denied any connection.
