you do realize that from what facts are known (not many) that the first two accusers sought recompense from the companies they worked for, not directly from Cain.  SO, there is no “his lawyers would have that info now”.  The companies’ lawyers on the other hand will be very familiar with the cases since they were a parties to the suits.
