In big cities it is quite common to do this in person, especially with someone who is in an executive position of some sort. You don’t have simple phone calls, you go and you meet with people in person. And in DC this usually means over coffee, lunch, something, in public. This happens every day. It’s the norm. And obviously if she was traveling for these types of meetings, she would be getting a hotel room, and naturally that would be discussed when they talked about when and where to meet.

The candidates play the masses like the herd cattle we do seem to be.  As long as we follow whoever our church tells us to follow, as long as we do a stock market sell off when others are doing it, we are herd cattle and the leaders darned well know this.  They play us for all we are worth to further their egos.  A person would rather be president, even if he goes down in history as a bad president.  Cain would rather be a candidate with loose hands even though he had to know this would come out.

Studies BTW have proven that driven men with power have hand trouble to put it politely.  It goes with the internal makeup of the individual.  This is why they can go night and day from city to city, town to town, without any sleep.  They are made like this.  It is in their chemical makeup.  We really should not expect all that much morality from our leaders.  It isn’t in their makeup.

How would she sound “phony” by saying she had a boyfriend in order to get Cain to stop sexually harassing her.  First of all, she didn’t have to tell him she had a boyfriend to get him to stop, she could have just screamed or threaten to call the police.  Second, boyfriend or not, no ones has the right to sexually harass someone like Cain did.  This women doesn’t make it harder for other women to come forward, thats ridiculous, she makes it easier and for you not to recognize that says a lot about yourself and how you view at women.  And I guess in your view women who have been sexually harassed should also not seek lawyers to protect themselves from people like Cain, particularly if it is on going , or that women should expect to be sexually harassed.  You should wake up yourself, not America, and learn what is socially acceptable behavior and what is considered sexual harassment.  It’s not really that difficult for most people and they usually understand it at an early age.

That said, not just the aforementioned ‘aggravating circumstances’, at least one of which is present in this case, appear to have been entirely absent in the circumstances of each of the allegations against then-president Clinton (including those allegedly done when he was then-governor Clinton), but any and all indicia the absence of express or implied intent (Indeed, had Kenneth Starr found the least indication of express or implied intent being absent in the story related by Paula Jones, then then-President Clinton would have faced not just impeachment but criminal prosecution, rather than impeachment for COUGH allegedly lying while under oath in the context of interlocutory oral examination in a civil proceeding.

The other point of note today is that indication from the lawyer for the two women who made and settled on claims to the NRA concerning the COUGH alleged behavior towards them by then-head of the NRA Herman Cain, that the substance of the complaint of one of them would be “corroborated” by the details i the description from this latest woman to come forward, such were proved true. The use of that term by a lawyer means, in longer form, “corroborated in a material particular”, which would mean one OR MORE of these:

- an actual or attempted assault in the context of a meeting involving employment status,
- the application of the said humdingee’s hand on or towards the hoped-for humdinger’s genitalia,
- the application of the said humdingee’s other hand on the head of the hoped-for humdinger

and indeed perhaps all 3, any one of which would demonstrate “pattern” – that is, a pattern of criminal behavior, and all 3 of which in concert would leave no room for doubt as to that.

Time to get out of mom’s basement and see the world Pablo – no freakishly long limbs required in that double move at all. Normal length limbs would more than suffice.
