Fox News’ Bret Baier surprised and delighted social media users when a video of him dancing and rapping went viral Saturday.

The video shows the longtime anchor on a stage wearing a button-down shirt and khaki pants as he performed “Rapper’s Delight,” the 1979 debut single by the Sugarhill Gang, widely recognized as one of the greatest rap songs of all time.

Baier took a little creative license with some of the lyrics, changing them to promote his show:

Fox News Channel, you should watch

6 pm, Special Report

It’s really good, very fair, very balanced, very fair

The video drew praise from several of his Fox News colleagues and other commenters.

Not everyone seemed to be a fan, however. Kari Lake replied to the video with a popular meme of a little girl with a skeptical and disapproving expression on her face.

This is not Baier’s first foray into rap, or even his first public performance of this song. He shared a stage with Sugarhill Gang a few years ago at his show’s Christmas party in New York City, sporting a festive Christmas tree print suit.
