The Clearly Embarrassed Baltimore Protester Who Got Smacked by Mom Speaks Out
The young Baltimore protester who got quite the smacking from his mother on camera this week spoke out today and he is very obviously embarrassed. Toya Graham was spotted by a local news photographer smacking her son Michael Singleton. when she saw him participating in the Baltimore rioting on Monday.
Graham said yesterday that she doesn’t want her son to be another Freddie Gray, and today she appeared on ABC World News Tonight with her incredibly embarrassed son.
He said his mom cares a lot about him and it was so humiliating when he was near his friends and she marched over to him. Graham had told him to go straight home on Monday, the day of Gray’s funeral, but he didn’t listen and ended up joining his friends.
And now his humiliation has been televised.
