Trump Trashes ‘Incompetent’ Biden Team — Seconds Before Mixing Up Two Entire Countries By A LOT
Former President Donald Trump railed against President Joe Biden’s “incompetent” foreign policy team — seconds before mixing up two countries in a really big way.
While NBC News hosted a Republican presidential primary debate Wednesday night that featured periodic fireworks between the five current runners-up, Trump was giving a speech to followers in Hialeah, Florida, that featured a lot of familiar material.
The speech also featured the sorts of miscues that the Biden/Harris campaign has been jumping all over and pressuring the press to cover.
At one point during the speech, Trump recited his familiar litany praising dictators and slamming the media for not liking him praising the dictators.
In a moment that was flagged by multiple prominent Twitter clip accounts, Trump followed up his slam on “incompetent” Biden foreign policy officials by inflating the population of North Korea by 1.37 billion people — or 58 times more than its correct population:
This is the closest, and I hope that one’s wrong and that it’s not a prediction because I would never make that prediction. It’s too horrible a thing to say.
But we have never been closer to World War Three and only for one reason. We have incompetent people talking on our behalf.
You know, when you deal with China, President Xi and North Korea, Kim Jong Un and Russia, Putin, you deal with all these people. The press hates when I say they’re smart. “He said they were smart!”.
Well, what am I supposed to say? They’re stupid people?
Kim Jong Un leads 1.4 billion people. And there’s no doubt about who the boss is.
And they want me to say he’s not an intelligent man. They get very personal when I say that because they’re fake news. That’s why they do that. They’re fake. They’re fake people, and they’re hurting our country very badly.
