Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders will hold a briefing today with the White House press corps. The briefing is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. EST.
The briefing will almost definitely address the foiled terror attack in New York City today. The President was briefed earlier on it.
Over the weekend, Sanders touted the economic numbers under President Trump and responded to comments made by former President Barack Obama talking about the jobs numbers.
“Can’t make it up,” she tweeted. “Obama now wants credit for the booming Trump economy. At least we can all agree the economy is better under President Trump.”
Can’t make it up: Obama now wants credit for the booming Trump economy. At least we can all agree the economy is better under President Trump.

I’m old enough to remember when President Trump’s election was going to “crash the market.” One year later: market up over 30%, two million new jobs & 1,000 new manufacturing jobs created every day just last month…and now Obama wants credit for the booming Trump economy.

And with the Alabama special election finally happening tomorrow, she will undoubtedly get more questions about President Trump’s support of (and robocall for) Roy Moore.
But after dismissing the allegations of sexual misconduct against the President weeks ago, several of those women came forward today to bring a renewed focus to their stories in the wake of the #MeToo movement.
