Nikki Haley Scorches Trump on Eve of New Hampshire Primary: ‘Everything’ He’s Said About Me ‘Has Been a Lie’

GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley called out GOP frontrunner Donald Trump on Monday for relentless “lies” about her during the campaign.
“I’ve seen the mail that you’ve been reading and every single thing that Donald Trump has said or put on TV has been a lie,” Haley said while campaigning in Franklin, New Hampshire.
“Check with the fact-checkers. Every single thing he says I want to cut Social Security and raise the retirement age. I never once said that. Not once, if anything, were going to make it solvent so that no one lives in fear. He said that I don’t want to have a border wall. I never said that. I said, you can’t just do a border wall. You got to do all these other things that are going to stop the what’s happening at the border,” Haley continued, adding:
He says that I love war, quite the contrary. You don’t have a husband that’s in the military and love war. You are obsessed with preventing war. That’s what happens when you do that.
But if he’s going to lie about me, I’m going to tell the truth about him. And that is the fact that he needs to answer to why does he want to raise the retirement age to 70? Why as president in 2018 did he propose a 25-cent per gallon gas tax increase on all of us? Why didn’t he do anything to take care of the fentanyl flow in China? And everybody talks about the economy that Trump gave us and how good it was. And it was, but at what cost? He put us $8 trillion in debt. In four years. Our kids are never going to forgive us for letting that happen. So let’s talk about the truth.
Last Friday, Haley also slammed Trump for all the “lies,” declaring the former president’s propensity for making things up another reason the U.S. needs to “move on” from him.
“Another reason we need to move on from Trump: too many lies,” Haley wrote on X (formerly Twitter), adding:
Democrats can’t vote in the NH primary. They haven’t been able to change their registration for months.
I was tougher on China and Russia than Trump ever was. He praised Xi a dozen times after China gave the world COVID.
I passed the toughest illegal immigration law in the country as governor. I did more to protect South Carolinians than he did to protect Americans.

The latest poll out of New Hampshire shows Trump increasing his lead over Haley. The Boston Globe/NBC-10/Suffolk University poll out Monday shows Trump up 19 points with 57.4 percent of the vote in the state over Haley’s 38.2 percent.
