House Democrat Introduces ‘Dick Pic’ of Elon Musk at Hearing in Homage to Marjorie Taylor Greene

Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA) introduced an image of Elon Musk at a Wednesday House hearing that he called a “dick pic” in a move that he described as an homage to his colleague Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

Wednesday marked the first hearing for the House Subcommittee on Delivering on Government Efficiency (DOGE), which was chaired by Greene. Garcia took a shot at Greene by noting that she previously introduced leaked “dick pics” of Hunter Biden in a House hearing.

Garcia introduced his own “dick pic” in the form of a blown up image of Musk or, as Garcia referred to him, “President Elon Musk.”

The congressman said:

I find it ironic of course that our chairwoman, Congresswoman Greene, who is in charge of running this debate — now, in our last Congress Chairwoman Greene literally showed a dick pic in an Oversight Congressional hearing. So I thought I’d bring one as well. Now this, of course, we know, is President Elon Musk. He’s also the world’s richest man. He was the biggest political donor in the last election. He has billions of dollars in conflicts of interests. And we know that he is leading a power grab, also abided by and encouraged by Donald Trump and of course the chairwoman, Congresswoman Greene.

Garcia has been highly critical of Musk’s DOGE and its effort to slash trillions in government spending. He told MSNBC’s Joy Reid this week that Democratic lawmakers should be using all of their “leverage” to oppose DOGE and get Musk subpoenaed. Garcia has argued DOGE is a way for Musk to enrich himself and his “billionaire friends.”

After his “dick pic” shot on Wednesday, Garcia referenced rapper Kendrick Lamar’s popular Drake diss track Not Like Us — played at Sunday’s Super Bowl — as he was closing his remarks and calling members of DOGE “unqualified.”

“Elon Musk is sending his unqualified DOGE staff to carry out this agenda across all these agencies. And in some cases, actually teenage staffers. No accountability, no experience, and problematic records,” he said. “They’re trying to rob you, and they’re probably a minorrr.”
