Trump Blames Stalled China Talks on … Future President Joe Biden?

As speculation abounds for whether Donald Trump views Joe Biden as the biggest threat to his re-election, the president is blaming the ex-veep for the complications he’s facing from trade negotiations with China.
Multiple recent reports have documented how Beijing seems to be reneging on their commitments by making massive edits to a developing trade deal between the U.S. and China. Further backslides could blow up months of trade talks if the deal falls through, so now Trump is suggesting that the Chinese are trying to outlast him and wait for Biden or some other Democrat to take over the Oval Office.
The reason for the China pullback & attempted renegotiation of the Trade Deal is the sincere HOPE that they will be able to “negotiate” with Joe Biden or one of the very weak Democrats, and thereby continue to ripoff the United States (($500 Billion a year)) for years to come,” Trump wrote. “Guess what, that’s not going to happen!”

….Guess what, that’s not going to happen! China has just informed us that they (Vice-Premier) are now coming to the U.S. to make a deal. We’ll see, but I am very happy with over $100 Billion a year in Tariffs filling U.S. coffers…great for U.S., not good for China!

UPDATE: Biden’s communications director Kate Bedingfield fired back at Trump in a tweet:
Unfortunately, the only people @realdonaldtrump has gotten tough w/ so far on trade are US farmers, small business owners & consumers, who feel the brunt of his tariff war. @JoeBiden will invest in our core strengths & ensure that US & our allies write rules of the road re: China https://t.co/ImvNodlqCI
