President Donald Trump is apparently convinced that Jeff Zucker will imminently resign from his job as president of CNN.
“Now that we have found out that CNN is a virtual fraud,” Trump said, “rumor has it that Jeff Zucker will be resigining momentarily?
Now that we have found out that @CNN is a virtual fraud, rumor has it that Jeff Zucker will be resigining momentarily?

There’s a very high probability Trump is referring to the latest attempt to smear CNN from conservative activist James O’Keefe and Project Veritas.
O’Keefe has released hidden camera videos showing Zucker telling his news staffers to focus their coverage on the subject of Trump’s impeachment. On the whole, its hardly an outrageous or shocking editorial decision, given the fact that the president is facing a House impeachment inquiry for his effort to have foreign powers investigate his political opponents.
Trump has been tweeting about Project Veritas ever since their recordings were brought to his attention by Fox News’ Tucker Carlson. As you can see, Trump is also apparently floating a lawsuit against CNN.
“Project Veritas-Obtained Undercover Videos Highlight Jeff Zucker’s (@CNN) Campaign To Destroy Trump. Videos Reveal @CNN’s BIAS!” @TuckerCarlson @FoxNews Does this sound like a good, or even great, lawsuit?

CNN has responded to Trump’s tweet. Matt Dornic, the network’s vice president of communications, replied by saying simply, “lol.”
