Trump Gives Kellyanne Conway a Shoutout: ‘She’ll Do the Shows That Nobody Else Dares Go Near’

During his speech at a pro-life gala tonight, President Trump gave a shoutout to “a beloved member of my administration”: Kellyanne Conway.

Conway is being honored with the Susan B. Anthony List’s Distinguished Leader Award, and the organization has praised Trump and his administration for being committed to pro-life causes.

“President Donald Trump is governing as the most pro-life president in our nation’s history and Susan B. Anthony List is honored to receive him at our annual Campaign for Life Gala,” they said. “We must reclaim the pro-life Senate majority to protect the gains made under President Trump and his administration and ensure that his pro-life agenda can continue unobstructed.”

As Trump talked about Conway tonight, he made reference to the fact that Conway tends to appear on a number of non-Fox News TV shows:

“She’ll do the shows that nobody else dares go near. I’ll say, ‘Do this one or that one.’ ‘No problem, sir.’ Others say, ‘Sir, do you think I could take a pass, please? I beg you, please?’ Great going, Kellyanne, thank you.”

Most recently, Conway appeared on CNN’s Reliable Sources with Brian Stelter, talking about leaks and Trump’s avoidance of the press. Conway clearly relishes to appear on CNN––given how she rarely forgets to call out the network itself while on its airwaves––and at one point she even tried trolling Stelter by asking him who he personally voted for on election day.
