Michigan Man Mows Enormous Trump Sign Into His Lawn

A man from Lapeer County, Michigan is making sure there’s no mistake about who he’s voting for on Election Day.

Wally Maslowsky decided that it wasn’t enough to buy a Donald Trump lawn sign for his house in Almont, so he mowed a gigantic “TRUMP” sign into his 8-acre lawn. Maslowsky told CBS Detroit that he started his project over this past weekend, and that it took him around four hours to complete.

“I was cutting out there one day and I said, well, it would be pretty neat to put a sign in here,” Maslowsky said. “I decided, well, I could do this; so just for the heck of it I did it…That’s what retired people do to keep busy, right? Either that or sit in front of the TV and get old.”

Maslowsky said there are a lot of fellow Trump supporters in the area, and that his idea came to him by using his design background during his spare time gardening. While Maslowsky intended for his sign to be a personal project, his sign started getting attention after his daughter-in-law posted a birds-eye video of it online

“I didn’t do this for the news or anything, I’m not looking for any kind of publicity, and she says,’Well, why’d you do it?’ I said, ‘just for fun, just to do it! Let the planes see it when they fly over.'”
