On whose standards is Newt a conservative? 

I am not a particular fan of Newt Gingrich, but referring to his wife and his third marriage disparagingly is no different than calling John McCain a coward and a wuss for letting himself captured by the North Viet Nameese.

Disgusting? Admittedly, YES!

But millions of people get married and divorced. Some of them DO find a mate/spouse that they had not found before. Callista and Newt obviously found in each other what they had missed before.

And while most warriors do NOT get captured by enemies, some do.
