Jane Velez-Mitchell Focuses On Every Parent’s Nightmare

This sounds fairly harrowing: Jane Velez-Mitchell, of HLN’s solidly-rated show Issues, will be hosting a two-part special called Every Parent’s Nightmare that’s set to air both tonight and tomorrow at 7pm. The show features five parents whose children were abducted and murdered, all of whose stories have already been covered on Issues.

Here’s some more information from the press release:

For the first time, Jane brings together parents Ed Smart, Erin Runnion, Mark Lunsford, Ahmad Rivazfar and Diena Thompson, members of the Surviving Parents Coalition. These surviving parents strongly believe that by telling their stories, they can save children’s’ lives and live out theirs without anger and revenge. As these parents shared their emotional stories, Jane helps identify solutions to keep kids in every community safe.

In September, The Surviving Parents Coalition completed a cross-country bike journey called “The Ride for Their Lives” to raise money for the Adam Walsh Act to create a national sex offender registry and to raise awareness on how we can protect children from predators.

And here’s a sad video from the upcoming show:

Jane & Nancy Grace are both “every parent’s nightmare.” Obnoxious. Disgusting. Arrogant – typically w no reason to be arrogant. Self-impressed almost beyond description. They both appeal to the “duh” generations.
Loved by the hillbillies who possess no personal lives of their own. That’s why they are “successful” in that tiny little world of Neanderthals. Yup!

whatever we think about their programs, they are the ones to bring the problem of missing children…who esle makes things change??? it is by speaking that we mobilize people, it is by actions of the parents of ‘every parent’s nightmare’ that politicians will have to consider the huge problem that, till now, is not solved at all…SHAME on the government that is ignoring the problem….WE ALL should be concerned by this top priority issue….WE have to protect our children from these Obnoxious, Disgusting and Arrogant offenders..well done and carry on speaking about it…THAT IS WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW….

There have never been two more revolting specimens on TV than JVM and Nancy Disgrace. Both are dedicated to presenting the most lurid, disgusting details all the while, tugging at your heartstrings for sympathy.

    They are repulsive.

I just watched Jane on HLN with Jessica Lundsford’s father on. I think that all sex offenders should stay behind bars forever. They commit these crimes on innocent children who can’t defend themselves. If the police looked at Jessica’s killer as a person of interest, then why did they not get a search warrant and check his house? He worked at an Elementary school after being a registered sex offender. How is that possible? Why would the school employ such a low life piece of crap? It’s heartbreaking how these sex offenders do more time for robbery then committing such a terrible act on a child. Something is very wrong with the system.

I believe that the Death penalty should be used more often – don’t give them a peaceful death, take them out back, line them up and let the firing squad take them out!! I don’t believe in life in prison, there is always a chance of them getting pardon just to destroy other lives – just isn’t right!! Sex offenders of children have to right to live in this world, there is NO CURE – it’s not a disease – it’s how they are wired, once a sex offender – always a sex offender. Why should they live their lives letting us pay to keep them behind bars with everything they need i.e cable tv, food, etc. While the ones who have suffered and will suffer for the rest of their lives as if it was a death sentence for them. They should be put to death right as soon as they are proven guilty so they don’t they don’t have that chance to hurt another child ever. With keeping these monsters alive, they are just repeating the sickening cycle and should be stopped!! The government needs to stop protecting these monsters and start protecting our children!!
