We’re going to keep our mouths shut and not come to any conclusions for now while the Make A Sound Project, an anti-depression organization which told TMZ that it was dropping MasterChef’s Josh Marks after news of his arrest, makes the following series of statements:
For those concerned, we are keeping @MC3Josh on roster, just making sure he’s healthy before making any more statements concerning MAS.

“We’re sorry for the confusion and we’re also working with Josh’s lawyer to show how great of a guy he is,” the spokesperson continued via Twitter. “We never meant to come across [as] uncaring in any way. I’ve been doing what I can to help Josh since I heard about his accident. I am friend of Josh and will stand by him.”
Marks, who was arrested after assaulting a police office and making a series of bizarre statements, is still being evaluated for mental illness.
