More Beef, Obviously, on Last Chance Kitchen

I’m still not over beefsteaks, and I also still don’t know what they are. I do know based on this episode of Last Chance Kitchen that it’s about “guys with beards,” so there’s that. Thanks, Tom Colicchio! On this episode, it’s Jason vs. Chad.

The challenge: There are whole cuts of meat, and each chef has 25 minutes to prepare a beefsteak. But, the chefs only have five minutes to butcher their meat.
