Trump Rages About ‘Deranged’ Reflecting Pool ‘Vandals’ in Wake of Bonkers Election Speech

President Donald Trump raged about D.C. reflecting pool “vandals” on Truth Social Friday morning in the wake of an explosive response to his bonkers election speech.

“The Reflecting Pool, so badly damaged by Deranged Vandals, has been emptied as the massive slash gets repaired,” Trump wrote. “We got it through the great July Fourth Weekend. What kind of animals would do such a thing? We are looking for a Vandal Proof material, but such a thing should not have been necessary. The Scum in Court will hopefully be prosecuted to the MAX. President DJT”

The Washington Post reported no evidence of a “massive slash” this week, instead finding seven places where the lining peeled away along the seams.

Experts told WaPo that the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool’s lining likely peeled away because the material was installed incorrectly.

Regardless, Trump’s post was a head-scratcher after the furious backlash caused by his election fraud claims in Thursday night’s prime-time address.
