Trump Vows to Destroy ‘ONE BRIDGE OR POWER PLANT’ for Every Shot Fired at a Ship in Strait of Hormuz

President Donald Trump threatened to ramp up the strikes on Iran by knocking out “ONE BRIDGE OR POWER PLANT” for every shot fired at a ship in the Strait of Hormuz.

The president shared his warning in a Wednesday morning post on Truth Social.

“From this point forward, any time the Islamic Republic of Iran shoots at a ship in the Strait of Hormuz, whether it be by Missile, Rocket, Drone, or any other device or weapon, the United States will bomb and destroy ONE BRIDGE OR POWER PLANT, including those located next to, or in, the Capital City of Tehran,” Trump posted. “Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Trump’s turbocharged version of “an eye for an eye” comes after the war reignited earlier this month when Iran attacked a Cyprus-flagged ship in the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran’s attack spurred retaliatory strikes from the U.S. military right after, and those strikes have continued unabated since then; The U.S. conducted its 11th straight night of strikes on Iran on Tuesday.

An Iranian attack on a military base in Jordan killed three American soldiers on July 17, bringing the Operation Epic Fury death toll to 18. Trump announced on Wednesday morning in a separate Truth Social post that he was heading to attend the dignified transfer of the two troops.

The president got into a heated back-and-forth with ABC News correspondent Mary Bruce over the war during a Tuesday press conference at the White House.

“Mr. President, there are no signs that Iran is ready to stop fighting, so what is the plan? Is the plan to just keep fighting until they give up?” Bruce asked.

“How would you know there are no signs?” Trump shot back. “Why, do you know something that I don’t know?”

‘Well, they continue to attack our allies and kill Americans-” Bruce started to respond, before Trump cut her off.

“You don’t know what the dialogue is behind the scenes. They want to meet desperately to try and end it, because they’re getting decimated. You don’t get that when you’re listening to your fake station, but you don’t know anything.”
