‘They Looked Like Illegals!’ Bartiromo Tells Lara Trump Strange Tale Of Tattooed Democrats With Clipboard At Food Truck
Fox News host Maria Bartiromo shared an anecdote with newly-elected RNC co-chair Lara Trump on Sunday about a friend’s experience with “two gentlemen” at a food truck who “looked like illegals” who approached her about the 2024 election.
Bartiromo spoke with the Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law on the latest edition of Sunday Morning Futures on Fox News, during which the two discussed the RNC’s election funding plans as well as general election policy issues such as border control and immigration.
At his State of the Union address last week, President Joe Biden got into some hot water on his side of the aisle after he used the term “illegal” as a designation in discussing the brutal murder of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley, allegedly at the hands of a man in the country illegally.
Bartiromo and Trump on Sunday were talking about the election and voter ID when the Fox host shared the story of her friend’s food truck encounter, saying that one has to wonder if opposition to ID requirements by the Biden administration are “about the 10 million illegals who have come into this country on Joe Biden’s watch.”
“I had a friend the other day tell me she was standing at a food truck,” Bartiromo said to begin the tale.
She continued:
Two gentlemen approached her. One had tattoos all over his face. They looked like illegals, she said. And one had a clipboard and he said to her, “Hello, miss. Do you want to sign up to become a Democrat and vote?” So you’re talking about people that you want to hire, they’re already doing that. And they may be doing it with illegals coming into this country.
Lara Trump readily integrated the anecdote into her own point, agreeing that Democrats are importing and perhaps employing migrants who are not in the country legally, adding that Biden is “willing’ to have fentanyl and terrorists “pour over” the border because his party is ‘hemorrhaging voters.”
Yeah. Well, you you do have to ask yourself, why would you not want something so basic like voter ID? And I think you’re right. People say, why do we have a fully open southern border? Why is it you are willing to allow fentanyl to pour over and kill 100,000 Americans a year? Why is it you’re allowing 169 people on the terror watch list last fiscal year to come over? And I think the only thing people can figure is that the Democrats are bleeding and hemorrhaging voters. They understand that they cannot fool people in this country any longer, so they have to import people. And the only reason you wouldn’t want voter ID is if you want people who cannot vote to vote in these elections, it is insane.
