WATCH: Sharon Osbourne Tears Up as She Listens to Trump’s Voicemail After Ozzy’s Death

Sharon Osbourne broke down in tears while playing a voicemail from President Donald Trump, who called to offer condolences after the death of her husband, heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne, earlier this year.

On The Osbournes Podcast on Wednesday, Sharon sat with her children, Kelly Osbourne and Jack Osbourne, as they played the message left by the president following the Black Sabbath frontman’s death on July 22 at age 76.

“Hi, Sharon, it’s Donald Trump, and I just wanted to wish you the best and the family,” Trump said in the voicemail. “Ozzy was amazing, he was an amazing guy. I met him a few times, and I wanna tell you he was unique in every way and talented.”

The president ended the message by adding: “So I just wanted to wish you the best and it’s a tough thing, I know how close you were, and whatever I can do, take care of yourself, say hello to the family. Thanks, bye.”

Sharon Osbourne, who appeared on Trump’s Celebrity Apprentice in 2010, said she was touched by the president’s personal gesture.

“All I know is a man that I know, I worked with for a month. I spent one month with him and his wife, who was always gracious, elegant, just a delight to talk to,” she said. “He was just a great guy to talk to, and he has always treated me with respect.”

Her son Jack added, “Love him or hate him, he didn’t have to call and leave a voicemail.”

Sharon Osbourne also revealed that the family received a message from King Charles following her husband’s death.

“Our King, now we’re talking, he’s an amazing person,” she said. “He cares about many, many things. And he’s got a good heart.”
