A months-old video of Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) arguing with a pilot resurfaced online Friday following a bombshell report that briefly mentioned the incident.

Early Friday morning, the Intelligencer published a story detailing the concerns of Fetterman’s current and former staff. A number of sources cited various incidents since he was sworn in two years ago that, according to them, cast serious doubts on his ability to hold public office.

The report was filled with shocking moments throughout Fetterman’s time in the Senate, and there was also a brief mention of an incident from earlier this year involving an argument on an airplane. The report continued:

Still, some of Fetterman’s behavior was leaking out into public. Last year, the Sunrise Movement posted a video of Fetterman mocking and filming one of his constituents, a climate activist who was calmly trying to ask him about his stance on pipelines. Earlier this year, a passenger on a flight to Pittsburgh filmed a video of Fetterman getting into an argument with the pilot about wearing his seat belt in a way that was visible to the crew. “If you want to go to Pittsburgh, it’s simple,” the pilot explains. “You’re going to have to follow our instructions or be asked to get off the airplane.”

Shortly after the story went public, the video was reposted on social media and quickly went viral.

In the video, Fetterman can be seen in his seat with a pilot standing next to him. After asking Fetterman if his seatbelt was on, he then said that the seatbelt had to be visible throughout the duration of the flight.

“That’s not an us thing,” the pilot said. “That’s a federal regulation.”

Although Fetterman’s words could not be heard clearly, he seemed to be objecting, and the pilot reiterated the point that it was a federal regulation to make sure the seatbelt was visible. When the senator wouldn’t budge, the pilot said he would be asked to get off the plane if he didn’t comply.
