DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz has announced in a statement that she will be stepping down from her post after the Democratic National Convention has wrapped.
Wasserman Schultz came under intense scrutiny after the DNC email leak revealed she was harshly criticizing the Bernie Sanders campaign, among other things.
Former Labor Secretary and strong liberal Robert Reich demanded she be fired, and Bernie Sanders renewed his call for her to step down.
And then there’s this:

I always said that Debbie Wasserman Schultz was overrated. The Dems Convention is cracking up and Bernie is exhausted, no energy left!
