MSNBC Guest Lambastes Rudy Giuliani For Spewing ‘Insanity’: ‘We’re in a Death Spiral of Stupid’

Hours after Rudy Giuliani — attorney for President Donald Trump — participated in his latest bizarre interviews on ABC’s This Week and Fox News Sunday, an MSNBC guest absolutely lit up the former New York mayor for comments she found utterly perplexing.

Appearing on Weekends with Alex Witt, Melissa Murray — a law professor at NYU — noted, at the outset of her segment, “there’s a lot that’s weird and strange here,” as it relates to Giuliani’s comments on the case.

“We have a representative of the President of the United States basically admitting to paying women money to not disclose the fact that they have been in some kind of untoward [relationship] with the president,” Murray said. “And his response and his defense is that, ‘If it had been more money, it would have been more serious.’ We are living in strange times. I mean, we’re in a death spiral of stupid. This is insanity.”
