Piers Morgan may not have a show on CNN anymore, but he still has his Twitter account and its 4.22 million followers. On Tuesday evening, Morgan went on a more impassioned rant than usual over the story of a 9-year-old girl who shot and killed a shooting instructor after she lost control of an Uzi she was learning how to use while on a family vacation in Las Vegas.
