WATCH: New Video Shows Alleged Terrorist Ahmad Rahami Planting Bomb in New York

A new surveillance video released on Thursday appears to show the exact moment suspected terrorist Ahmad Khan Rahami placed one of his pressure cooker bombs in New York City this past weekend.

NBC News picked up the video, which shows a person believed to be Rahami leaving a suitcase on West 27th Street in the Chelsea neighborhood of the city. That suitcase apparently contained the second device Rahami is accused of leaving the city, which was discovered and neutralized by law enforcement officials on the scene after a Saturday night explosion wounded 29 people.

The video also shows the two men who found the suitcase and decided to take it with them, while leaving the contents behind that night. Unsuspecting citizens are also shown passing by the pressure cooker for some time, with one person even kicking it.

The video also purportedly shows the woman who made the 911 call that alerted police to the location of the second bomb. The two men who took the pressure cooker out of the bag did not seem to know what they were handling, and the FBI is still searching for them in order to question them as witnesses.
