WATCH: Trump Holds Press Conference With Norwegian Prime Minister LIVESTREAM

President Trump will host Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg at the White House today, and the two leaders will hold a joint press conference in the East Room. The event is scheduled for 3:20 p.m. EST.

Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters that Trump and Solberg will meet for bilateral talks about economic advancement and international security. These discussions will include subjects like NATO and anti-ISIS campaigns around the world.

When Trump takes questions later on, it is possible he will be asked about his plan to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. U.S. presidents rarely attend the conference due to the optics of gathering with the planet’s richest, highest-ranking business and political elites. Trump’s attendance is doubly surprising since the forum usually focuses on globalist policies of international cooperation, many of which contradict the America First agenda.

Trump may also face questions about Steve Bannon‘s departure from Breitbart. Trump has been at war with his former strategist ever since the news came out that Bannon criticized the president’s children in Michael Wolff‘s new book. Even though the White House has flatly dismissed Wolff’s credibility, the book created a firestorm of Trump Administration palace intrigue, and the president wanted his team to “bury” Bannon for fueling the controversy. Evidently, they succeeded.

Other topics that might come up include immigration, the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in South Korea, and the injunction against Trump’s effort to repeal DACA.
