Fox’s Jesse Watters Praises Homophobic Rant by UFC Star Who Called Reporter ‘A Weak F*cking Man’ for Being Ok with Having a Gay Son

Jesse Watters heartily endorsed a stunningly hateful rant by UFC fighter Sean Strickland, who went on an unhinged tirade against gay and transgender people at a press conference last week.

A reporter confronted Strickland about past comments he made about LGBTQ people and Strickland asked if he is gay.

“I’m an ally of the community,” the reported replied.

“Ok, if you had a son and he was like, yes, you had a son who was gay, you don’t want a grandkid?” the fighter inquired.

“No problem with it,” he responded.

“You’re a weak fucking man, dude,” Strickland said. “You’re part of the fucking problem.”

On Monday’s Jesse Watters Primetime, the host claimed the reporter began by asking about “transgenders.” In reality, the reporter brought up a tweet Strickland wrote in 2021, stating, “If I had a gay son I would think I failed as a man.”

Watters ignored the tweet and he did not air the aforementioned anti-gay comments Strickland made to the reporter. Instead, the host played a couple of bleep-laden clips of Strickland, who was wearing a shirt that read, “A woman in every kitchen. A gun in every hand.”

“Now, Sean’s a fighter without a filter, and that drives the media crazy,” Watters said approvingly of the hate-spewing Strickland. “Because if you don’t respect the speech police, you don’t respect them at all. And that’s all these sniveling pretend journalists care about – the status they hold. Their job becomes useless because the only power they have over us is the power we give them.”

Watters then played a clip of UFC president Dana White defending Strickland. The host then welcomed Pete Hegseth to the show to extol the virtues of “free speech.”
