WATCH: Suella Braverman Duped Into ‘D**k Of The Year’ Award In Comedic Boat Launch Farce

Former Home Secretary and Conservative MP Suella Braverman found herself the unwitting recipient of “Dick of the Year” award over the weekend.

The comedic stunt, awarded by Channel 4’s comedy panel show The Last Leg show, saw YouTube pranksters Josh Pieters and Archie Manners hoodwink Braverman into attending what she believed was the launch of a fishing company in her constituency.

The duplicitous ceremony, staged under the guise of inaugurating Fareham Fishing, a non-existent angling company, saw Braverman cutting a red ribbon.

The moment she did, as she turned her head, the pranksters unveiled a sign proclaiming “The Last Leg’s Dick of the Year 2023, Suella Braverman.” Visibly perplexed, the comedians applauded then quietly left the pier leaving the Tory MP to awkwardly stand beside the sign.

“I’m not sure what that is all about,” Braverman said to staff.

This year’s award was chosen by viewers and the show’s hosts. The boat launch prank, of course, layered with additional irony taking aim at Braverman’s failed attempt to push ‘Stop The Boats’ emergency legislation aimed at stopping illegal immigration.

Last month, Braverman was ousted of by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak after accusing Metropolitan Police chiefs of bias in their handling of pro-Palestine protests. Her relationship with Downing Street had already been tenuous, following her claim that being homeless was a “lifestyle choice” and her outspoken criticism of the Prime Minister and his policy to deport asylum seekers to Rwanda.
