V.P. Joe Biden Accidentally Thanks Dr. Pepper Instead Of College President

Joe Biden has a reputation for saying ridiculous things, which he seems only to cement further with each passing day. The latest edition of Shit Joe Says: referring to Scott Community College President Dr. Theresa Paper as Dr. Pepper. Which happens to be a rather well-known soda. Oops.

Biden meant to thank Paper during his campaign pit stop in Iowa. Well, at least he corrected himself.
