WATCH LIVE: Jodi Arias Sentencing Phase

Jodi Arias was found guilty on Tuesday, and today the trial moves to the sentencing phase, where Arias’ ultimate fate will be decided.

At issue is whether Arias’ killing of Travis Alexander was committed in an aggressively heinous manner. Arias said in an interview immediately following her sentencing that she would prefer the death penalty to life in prison.
