Foursquare’s “Don’t Touch My Junk!” TSA Badge
Traveling today? Prefer not to risk being zapped by x-rays? Make the unfortunate decision to Travel While Underwired? Or just heard so much about the new TSA pat downs that you just have to know what it’s like? Whatever the reason for having your junk firmly felt in the name of national security, Foursquare will be there with you — with what Bloomberg’s Lizzie O’Leary this morning called their new “Don’t Touch My Junk” badge. Now that’s something to be mayor of!
Here it is:
How you get it: Check in at any airport over the holiday and include some keywords like “TSA,” “grope” or “junk” in your shout. You don’t actually have to have the pat-down to get it — if you’re clever you can write “I avoided the junk-touching grope by the TSA by instead opting for the x-ray birthday suit scanner” — but if you want to win by cheating, well then, fine. Either way, it shows that Foursquare can build community around anything. Lemonade out of lemons, especially lemons that have just been felt up. Fly safe!
Getting your “baggage” handled by the TSA? Yeah, there’s a badge for that [AboutFoursquare]
