What is Gaga doing here?

These were just two very quick cuts. I could be wrong, but I think they were meant to indicate The Act itself, as it were. Actually the only overtly sexy moment in the video (like the beginning of Paparazzi – she *can* do it, she just chooses not to distract from everything else with it. (Sort of what I was getting at here.)
