Last week, Georgia Congressman Hank Johnson was asking questions of Adm. Robert Willard during a House Armed services Committee, and let his concerns be known that a Marine buildup on the small Pacific island may lead to it capsize. Adm. Robert Willard politely replied “We don’t anticipate that”.

I attributed it earlier to perhaps his age and suggested that he should consider retirement. The fact that the treatment, which sounded somewhat experimental, he is receiving for a permaonent condition is now being used to defend him makes me absolutely certain that he is truly not fit to serve responsibly.

After watching the video several times I will have to admit that he is not very articulate. I am wondering if he had been drinking alcohol or was maybe under the influence of some sort of pain pills.
