Happy New Year! Watch live stream footage as the massive throngs of revelers swells to the brim in the heart of Times Square. A million people are expected to watch the ball drop as the clock strikes midnight and January 1st, 2012 begins.

Temperatures are expected to be in the mid-40s, as the crowd patiently huddles in anticipation.
