The Clintons viciously attacked a young intern and tried to make her look like a stalker, until the proof of what she said showed up. Then Hill goes on the Today Show to blame the other party for her husband’s actions.

Mrs. Clinton wrote a book saying she was shocked that Bill was fooling around with Monica. That was a lie. She wasn’t paying attention to all the previous women?

Well back when Hillary was talking about health care she was getting killed,  and remember Vince Foster. so yes Andrea is correct.

Well, I don’t know if anyone here is following the series on PBS (started last night)…this is just opening up old wounds and the “LEFT” doesn’t like it…you know what I say, “it is what it is” and these two choose to share this life…let the chips fall where they may…Bill was, is and will always be, a seducer of women.. and Hillary choose to turn the cheek and went right along with all this…the end game  for the two was more important than pride…so sad!..

Is it dark up there where you usually wear your head?  You read an old out of date story written by a somebody who is way out of her league – talentwise – and you ate it up because it gave you a chance to write snarky remarks about people who had nothing to do with the factual details of the article presented on this page.  I’m sure you really believe what you’ve written, so I’ll give you a pass on your post.

Having been around for a few years, I couldn’t believe the vicious, malicious, nakedly depraved excoriation of a President that was flung at Bill Clinton.  No other president in history, including the truth-challenged Nixon, had received such vehement censure.  It was completely directed by the hatred of the right-wing.  Clinton’s moral problems were not a factor until his second term, but piles of excrement were heaped on him for everything he did.  Hillary Clinton, an intelligent, thoughtful woman, was scorned for trying to contribute to the health care crisis in this country, and even their beautiful daughter was lampooned. For the first time in memory, the President and the First Lady were dragged through the dirt on a daily basis, courtesy of the fear-mongering, hate-spewing right wing.

By the time GWBush was elected, smearing the office holder had become commonplace, but at least Laura was given a break and never suffered the vitriol as Hillary had.  (The Democrats couldn’t be as horrid as the GOP, the only explanation.)

And now it’s President and Mrs. Obama who are receiving the poison arrows of the extreme right wing.  Questioning his religious beliefs is merely a bit of fluff compared to all of the other vituperation and surliness directed at the couple.  Michelle Obama is criticized for every movement, dress or word, a subject of derision, while Barack is depicted as a buffoon who has no idea of what he’s doing.

God Bless, people, when is all of this going to stop?  Will you feel free to throw rocks at the next President?  How far do we take this?  Better decide soon…

Any thoughts on Sid Blumenthal (sp) claiming he was asked personal questions by the Grand Jury about his sexual life, which he later admitted were false. These stories were carried by the NY TIMES (they later apologized for the false story,carried by Anthony Lewis ). The evening news used these stories to brand Ken Starr. 

We then have the war in Kosovo. We were told that over 100,000 Ethnic Albanians were killed in “Ethnic Cleansing.” After the war ended, the UN Forensics teams found about 2300 were killed before the start of the war, about one-third were Serbs. Human Rights Watch, Amnesty Int., and the International Red Cross charged NATO with nearly 100 violations of the Geneva Convention. The European Press covered the War honestly, the US covered for Clinton.

Now, Clinton was as excellent manager of the economy. He kept the govt. bureaucracy from expanding. He was aided by the “phony-dot-coms”, Corporate “cooking of the books,” and the beginning of the housing bubble. But, overall, a good steward of the people’s money.

FLASHBACK to…Monica Lewinsky, which becomes TRULY LAUGHABLE with such great moments as Clinton wagging his finger and indignantly declaring: “I did NOT have sex with that girl.” Or appearing before a Federal Grand Jury, where he puts his hand on a Bible and swears to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth…you know, that silly thing we expect the highest elected official in the land to do…at which point he proceeds to LIE HIS SORRY ASS OFF.

All of which culminates in Billy Boy breaking into prime time TV one evening, to address the nation, where he’s finally forced to admit: “Well…okay…I really DID bang that girl. And the others too.”

But through it all one of the biggest CROCKS was the infamous TODAY interview, where Couric and Lauer couldn’t pimp themselves or NBC’s journalistic credibility fast enough, to carry water for the DNC. At which point they let Hillary do an all-new encore of “Stand By Your Man” simply so — yes, you guessed it — she could accuse Lewinsky of being a liar AND the opposition of “making things up just to stop us.” At which point she truly put foot in mouth by claiming that it was all the work of a vast right wing conspiracy.

Now, if Hillary had shut her big, fat yap and said “This is a personal FAMILY matter that we are going to deal with, so I have NO comment” — I would have supported that on a purely human level. Or conversely, if she had said “This is being investigated by Congress and since I respect the LAW of the land, I have NO comment to make”– I would have supported that too.

But she DIDN’T do that. Instead like the cold, calculating shark that she always is, Hillary decided to make it POLITICAL. Which is why she sat on the set — with Couric and Lauer’s compliance — and thought “How can I make this work for ME, to benefit MY long term ambitions?  Hey, I know!  Instead of just admitting that Bill is a sh*tty, lying husband, I’ll blame the REPUBLICANS!”

So as I said — F*CK OFF, NBC and MSNBC.

In modern media, the “Right Wing conspiracy” comment is Ground Zero for the moment you pimped your journalistic morals and you revealed yourselves to be nothing more than a DNC tool. Simply because on that day — when the dam had broken and you couldn’t toss a pebble without hitting evidence of Clinton’s obvious guilt — not one single person at NBC or MSNBC had the journalistic guts to turn to Hillary and say “WTF!!!  A government conspiracy? Like a Roswell UFO conspiracy? Like a who shot JFK conspiracy? THAT is who you think is causing all of your problems versus the cold, hard fact that Bill just can’t keep his pants zipped? Seriously, what the hell are you babbling about, and do you honestly think anyone is STUPID ENOUGH to buy the bullsh*t you’re peddling?”

I just heard a clip from PBS’ documentary about Bill and in just a 30 second clip, the obvious nature of the bimbo eruptions was apparent. As I recall, it was over the Lewinsky matter that HIllary developed her “right wing conspiracy” meme. Seems like she should have gotten out of denial and blamed Bill for not keeping it in his pants and then lying about it.

Agreed. As I posted below, it was the women that the press ignored, like Juanita Broaderick and the girl from Oxford, that the media ignored. 

The press’ narrative was that it was just a consensual affair, which is why they ignored the non-consensual ladies. 

I remember when the impeachment hearings were taking place and a recess was held for the congressional members to view the FBI documents on Clinton. The members (both parties) came back and said they were disgusted. The press played it like they read about Monica Lewinsky. They already knew about Lewinsky. They were disgusted because they read about the other ladies.

Or, gee, maybe the “explanation” was the simple fact that Laura Bush never really inserted herself into public policy VERSUS Hillary who, right from the start and given her own ambitions and gargantuan EGO, always viewed things as a “Co-Presidency”, where she LITERALLY thought she was on equal footing with Bill, in terms of power, prestige, and the ability to order Congress around — hence the reason she thought she could ram nationalized healthcare down the nation’s throat at the time.

I mean Cheney, Wolfowitz, and Rumsfeld were the SAME guys who falsified CIA intelligence in the 1970s to say that laser cannons and non-acoustic submarines (nonexistent weapons) existed because the CIA could not prove they DID NOT EXIST.  Their “Team B” exercise also attempted to tie ALL acts of terrorism from Basque rebels, to Egyptian insurgents, to the Irish Republican Army as being under direct control of the Soviets.

LITERALLY THE SAME GUYS lied about weapons AND enemies by falsifying intelligence in THE SAME WAY as they did almost 30 years later!  Party of accountability, right?  Read a book sometime, know my country’s history, and then you might be able to defend its interests instead of tearing it apart for one of your Wall Street master’s profit.  The PBS documentary was spineless.  I found a far more
informative account of the Clintons in that new Amazon eBook, “The Diary
of Hillary Clinton’s Secret Campaign Consultant.”  It may be much
shorter, but it is much more insightful as it contains information from an
insider that has never before been made public.

I am elitist for not defending the elites’ favored tax status, wars of choice, and insurance rackets, by threatening to start a bloody revolution at a time of war.  Gotit.

History shows us that the phrase ‘right wing conspiracy’ never ends well for democrats.   

I missed part one of the Clinton profile on PBS, but am planning on watching part 2 tonight.

TRUE STORY — a few years ago, a Nurse and a Doctor began a sexual relationship after hours. The Doctor wanted a “no strings attached” relationship, so he insisted that the ONLY sex they would have would be oral because he SPECIFICALLY wanted to be sure that no “accidents” would occur.

However, the Nurse had other ideas in mind. So, one night when he came to see her, at her apartment, she gave him a BJ as usual — at which point (sorry for the bluntness here) she didn’t spit out. In fact, they demanded not only ongoing payments for the future, but wanted to be compensated for the first two years when they had been raising the child in secret.

The TRULY JAW-DROPPING part of the story?

Hauled into court, the Doctor was stunned to discover he had actually “fathered” a 2-year-old child from a BJ.  And he likewise scoffed at the idea that he should now have to pay child support given that he had been duped from the start and had been denied even knowing about the child’s existence.

However, in a truly stunning ruling, the Judge ruled AGAINST the Doctor and sided with the Lesbian couple and ordered him to pay the 2 years back child support — and future support for the next 16 years as well — by basically saying: “Yeah, it sucks what they did. But it’s still your baby and you should be HAPPY that you now have a kid. Therefore, since the MOST important thing is to always do what’s best for a child, I hereby order you to financially cover the Lesbian couple’s bills and take care of it.”

Oh, all this hatred makes me ill!!  Is there no end to it?  Both sides, full of hatred for the other.God help us, we really need Him today!!
