Laura Ingraham and the hosts of Fox & Friends continued to find President Barack Obama’s response to the downed flight MH17 lacking Tuesday morning, especially when compared to Ronald Reagan’s response to Korean Air Flight 007 in 1983 (a-HEM). But the gaggle did give him sarcastic credit for canceling a “surprise” appearance on Jimmy Kimmel.
“One thing to his credit,” cohost Steve Doocy said. “Apparently the White House thought if he shows up on Jimmy Kimmel, that might not be good optically.”
“Now that’s sacrifice,” Ingraham replied. “Come on. that’s steely resolve that we really want from the President of the United States. Canceling Kimmel. Okay? So that’s actual progress.”
