• Sean Hannity topped Bill O’Reilly last night in the A25-54 demographic – for the most demo viewers on cable news. O’Reilly was still #1 in total viewers. Monday and Tuesday night were the best of 2009 for Hannity’s 9pmET show in the demo. He had 887,000 last night.
• Keith Olbermann had a big night, and he had the top-rated non-FNC program on cable news in both categories. O’Reilly had the clear #1 program at 8pmET though.
• FNC beat CNN, MSNBC, HLN and CNBC combined in both total viewers and the demo. It was the third time this year FNC beat all other networks combined in the demo during prime time.
• CNN’s top show was Larry King Live in both categories. Wolf Blitzer filled in.

I am not a fan of Hannity’s so I can’t understand why he is so popular. Same goes for Olbermann.
However, I was impressed with Wolf on LKL last night. Usually he is an Obama butt kisser, but last night he was pretty good. Carville is always a little bit over the top, but I always appreciate Ben Stein’s input.
The Seven Best (Or, Somewhat Memorable) Moments Of The Jay Leno Show

After 95 episodes, the epic failure known as The Jay Leno Show airs its final episode tonight. Of course, Leno himself will be back after the Olympics, comfortably at 11:35pm all over again. Which was pretty much the problem to begin with - the 10pm offering started as a similar product to the Tonight Show, and only became more like the old format as time went on.
No Surprise Here: FNC Dominates Ratings For Palin Tea Party Speech
• With all three cable news networks carrying Sarah Palin's tea party speech and Q&A after on Saturday night, Fox News was the clear winner in the ratings. During the 9pmET hour, FNC had more viewers in the A25-54 demographic than MSNBC, CNN and HLN combined. In total viewers, Fox News had more than double the combined total of the other three cablers.
