Isn’t a criminal someone who is breaking the law? Aren’t the Immigration Laws laws? Aren’t the illegal immigrants criminals because they broke the immigration laws? Why is this a difficult concept?

The birth certificate he has provided meets all of the requirements of the State Department to be sufficient proof of citizenship to obtain a passport.

I don’t even have a copy of a “long form” of my birth certificate (and neither were my parents given one) and it’s never been a problem. I was born in Atlanta and the document is notarized….and I’ve never been asked for more. My birth cert. looks basically the same as Obama’s (except it’s from GA, so the format is slightly different).

Seems the only evidence people are asking for is a birth certificate. Pawlenty says Barry was born in the U.S.A. How about verifying that by a subpoena of Barry’s vital records? His legislature has investigative jurisdiction. His state appoints presidential electors as its legislature determines. His state’s Attorney General has jurisdiction to investigate election fraud. He should obtain the vital records to see whether a man without a Negro birth parent claimed his adoptive father, a black Luo tribesman, was his birth parent, in order to make a blatantly racial appeal for votes and denigrate opponents as racists.

Pursuing the investigation of eligibility further, Pawlenty should have Barry’s Indonesian citizenship investigated. Arguably his Indonesian citizenship terminated his U.S. citizenship and with it his eligibility to the Office of President. Can’t be a natural born U.S. citizen if you’re not a U.S. citizen at all, even if you he was a natural born U.S. citizen at birth. Even if he’s found to have retained his U.S. citizenship, what about massive pay-offs for concealing evidence his Indonesian citizenship? Is he, indeed, a Comintern mole implementing the Comintern strategy of allying with Islam to destroy the U.S., then turning to the brutal subversion and extermination of Islam?

It is manifestly irresponsible to ignore these grave concerns by an idiotic sound bite that ignores the urgent need to disclose Barry’s original birth certificate in order to ascertain his true personal and racial identity. Further, status at birth does not begin to determine whether Barry later lost his U.S. citizenship. All of this, and the corruption and sedition used to cover up foreign citizenship and Barry’s probable true allegiance, to the Comintern, must not be allowed to fester, lest we lose our Republic. I predict that if it was a poll of just independents (the key voting block), this might be reversed with Pawlenty and Daniels at the top – or perhaps dueling with Mitt for the top.

Therein lies the dilemma for the GOP. Do they go for electability or do they insist on conservative ideological purity and risk a landslide loss to Obama who has already moved toward the center?

How would he know? How would anyone know? There is no documentation of his life that has been released.
