Chilling Videos Show Terrifying Moments Tel Avivians Flee Deadly Mass Shooting Terror Attack in Heart of The City
A deadly terror attack in the heart of Tel Aviv sent crowds of people running as a gunman opened fire at a popular bar.
The attack on Thursday night, which is the beginning of the weekend in Israel, happened on crowded Dizengoff street, which is lined with bars, restaurants, and shops.
At least two people were killed in the attack and 8 were wounded, with 4 in critical condition.
Videos taken from the Dizengoff area show the moments surrounding the attack in which panicked residents are told to flee the area and a man yells in Hebrew “weapon drawn.” Other clips, taken from high-rise buildings, emerged on social media showing people on the streets running for safety.

Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai said the suspected attacker is believed to be an “Arab with nationalistic” motives and a city-wide manhunt is underway for the shooter or shooters.
“A terrorist opened fire at short range and then fled on foot. Several people are wounded,” police spokesman Eli Levy said on Israel’s Channel 13 television. “Don’t leave your homes. Don’t stick your heads out of the window. Stay off your balconies.”
Reuters interviewed one of the victims at nearby Ichilov hospital. Mark Malfiev, 27, who was being treated for a gunshot wound at a local hospital recalled the attack. “I saw the window shatter, people suddenly started running, and I felt getting hit in the back,” he told reporters from a hospital bed. “I felt a lot of blood. I saw blood.”
The deadly attack is the latest in a wave of violence. 11 people had been killed in terror attacks over the past month in Israel, one of the deadliest months the country has seen in years.
