Iran Unveils Giant Mural of Trump Inside Coffin in Brazen Threat: ‘That Is Unbelievable’
The Iranian regime unveiled a shocking giant mural in central Tehran on Wednesday depicting President Donald Trump lying in a coffin and captioned with the brazen threat, “We kill Trump.”
The mural, erected in Tehran’s Islamic Revolution Square, shows Trump with his hands folded across his chest and his face protruding from the coffin. It was unveiled just weeks after the funeral of Iran’s late Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, killed at the outset of the U.S. and Israel’s conflict with Iran, where crowds were filmed chanting slogans calling for death to America.
It remains unclear who commissioned the mural, but the display follows remarks by Trump last week in which he said he believed he’s Iran’s top target for assassination.
“Now they have another set of leaders. They may be gone. Who knows? And you know what? I may be gone too, because I’m their number one target,” Trump told reporters.
He continued: “It’s out all over the place. I’m their number one because they’re scum. That’s the way they act, and that’s the way they’ve done it for 47 years.”
Another mural showed the late Senator Lindsey Graham’s face on a gravestone, graffitied with devil’s horns, alongside a slogan reading: “Your dream of victory will be buried with you.”
Seeing the images on Fox & Friends on Wednesday morning, co-host Ainsley Earhardt responded: “Unbelievable.”
“Same thing they were doing the other day when they asked to bury the Supreme Leader and were calling for the assassination of President Trump, ‘death to [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu,’ ‘death to America and Israel,'” co-host Lawrence Jones added. “They continue to say they want peace and they want to open up the strait and they’re not bad actors. But when you see them in real time, that doesn’t look like a peaceful regime.”
The propaganda push comes amid an increasingly volatile conflict, as the U.S. launched a fresh round of strikes against Iran, following Tehran’s attacks on commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.
The Trump administration reinstated a blockade on the strategic waterway late Sunday as negotiations over maritime security faltered, with multiple cargo vessels reportedly targeted by Iranian forces this week.
Iran has also continued missile and drone attacks against U.S. allies across the Middle East, including Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan.
