Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new shocking allegations following a verdict in his sex trafficking trial that many legal experts chalked up as a win for the rapper and producer.
According to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Monday, and obtained by TMZ and other outlets, an anonymous man accused Diddy of sexual battery, sexual assault, and more. The lawsuit includes numerous allegations, including an instance in 2005 where Diddy allegedly asked the man in a recording studio if he was looking at his genitals. The John Doe behind the lawsuit claimed Diddy pulled down his pants and pushing Doe’s face closer, but they were interrupted.
Another alleged incident occurred in 2007 when John Doe claims Diddy drugged him and sexually assaulted him.
Yet another alleged encounter happened in 2020 when the pair were working on a project to honor the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. aka Biggie Smalls aka Christopher Wallace. Diddy and Wallace were close collaborator’s before Wallace was killed in 1997.
According to the suit, John Doe and Diddy ended up in a room surrounded by Wallace’s clothing and Diddy at one point masturbated to porn on his phone and ejaculated into one of the shirts.
“Without any provocation, Combs then suddenly told Plaintiff to ‘finish’ Combs off. Before Plaintiff could react, Combs then orgasmed into Notorious B.I.G.’s shirt, laughed and threw the shirt over Plaintiff’s lap and arm, covering Plaintiff in Combs’ semen. Combs then got up, laughed, said ‘R.I.P. Biggie’ and left the room leaving Plaintiff alone with the remnant of Combs’ depravity,” the lawsuit states.
In a statement to US Magazine, Diddy’s legal team denied the accusations.
“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges proves what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone,” they stated.
At his trial, Diddy faced five felony counts: one of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was found guilty this month only of the two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
Prosecutors accused Diddy of overseeing a criminal enterprise for years that included intimidation and sexual abuse. Two women testified against Diddy, one being his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. Amidst all of Diddy’s accusations, footage was released of him physically assaulting Ventura in 2016.
Diddy beat his more serious charges, but he is still facing a host of civil cases already, accusing him of sexual abuse going all the way back to the ’90s, all of which the rapper has denied.
