The Martin MacNeill murder trial continues this week. MacNeill is accused of drugging and then drowning his wife, Michele MacNeill, on April 11th, 2007. The Utah doctor has pleaded not guilty in the case and faces life in prison if he is convicted. Prosecutors intend to argue that MacNeill intentionally killed his wife after she received a face-lift operation.
